Blackout is a screen blanking TSR for EGA or VGA monitors.
Blackout can be set to blank after 1-60 minutes of delay.
Applications can run in the background while the screen is 
blanked, and restoration (after a keypress) will not cause
any video image corruption, regardless of video mode.  

NOTE: This is the final version of Blackout.  The author 
has no intention at this time of issuing any new versions, 
or adding enhancements such as "blackout upon load" or 
"blackout via a hot-key".
