SYNCTIME sets the DOS clock to the CMOS clock time.
Necessary because programs (especially games) often
steal the DOS clock for themselves, causing the time
between the two clocks to become unsyncronized.

The parameter /q surpresses the announcement message.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION of the announcement message =

DOS time: xx:xx:xx set on real time: xx:xx:xx
